Ravi graduated with a first class BSc (Hons) in Construction Management & Engineering and has received numerous awards from the CIOB, BeC and for construction and project management during his career. Ravi has worked solely within the wireless industry for 20 years and developed a trusted reputation for successfully managing the delivery of large scale programmes for UK and wider European based operators. Ravi founded iWireless Solutions in 2006 and has been pivotal in providing leadership and strengthening the organisation to offer a wide range of services across multiple technologies. Ravi is constantly designing or coming up with unusual ideas for his home – his latest plans are for building a commercial grade zip wire and outdoor cinema in his back garden!
Lori brings a wealth of experience to the team with 15 years within the communications industry, including 10 years with a leading mobile operator and more recently working as part of a start-up team, delivering Wi-Fi solutions and contributing to the rapid growth of the business. Lori originally joined iWireless in 2010 before taking time to concentrate on family commitments. In early 2015 Lori returned with a focus on improving efficiencies to reduce cost and drive quality, facilitating synergy within the expanding business. In Lori’s spare time she can be found at the beach… when she’s not juggling the demands of her three children or working on her home renovation project!
Bobby has an MSc in digital signal processing and over 20 years’ experience in digital systems including telecommunication. He has managed the design, deployment and support of large-scale Wi-Fi networks for mobile data offloading solutions serving thousands of users on a daily basis. Bobby’s focus is to shape and grow our Wi-Fi and small cells business. As an industry thought leader on wireless systems he has published numerous research documents and has been quoted in the press. Bobby comes from a family of DIY enthusiasts; he even built his own house!
Anne Krausse, Head of Business Development & Communications
Anne joined iWireless Solutions in 2013 and has since looked after our strategy, business development and communications efforts. After receiving an MBA from Imperial College, Anne held roles in international business, sales and marketing and project management at such companies as the Financial Times, Nokia and Affinion International. Anne enjoys reading, world cinema and learning new languages.
Kate Wallman, Head of Finance
Kate is responsible for managing the finances of iWireless Solutions with many years of experience working in SMEs and large Corporates in the medical and advertising sector. She holds qualifications in AAT & ACA and relishes the challenge of developing a new spreadsheet. Kate has conquered her fear of flying and now jets off to the far flung corners of the globe whenever she’s not swimming, horse riding – or working!
Mike Kennett, Wireless Consultant
Mike joined iWireless Solutions in 2015. He has a PhD in Physics and over 15 years of experience in the wireless industry, and now provides consultancy to existing and new iWireless customers. Past roles include Digital TV Spectrum Planner for NTL Broadcast (now Arqiva), Wireless Consultant for Red-M and Heathrow Airport, and Wireless Solution Architect for Atos on their BBC account. Mike was also a glaciologist in Norway for several years and claims to speak fluent Norwegian, although no one in the office can verify that.
Bachir Belloul, Head of Engineering
Bachir’s encounter with radio came about when, as part of his PhD in Atmospheric Physics, he developed an innovative method of gathering meteorological parameters using the GPS satellite constellation. Since then, Bachir has turned his interest to more earthly applications. His expertise spans all generations of land mobile technologies and extends to TETRA and digital broadcasting, leading him to publish several articles and papers in peer review journals. At weekends, he generally enjoys long bike rides around the Downs.
Rik Manzini, Solutions Delivery Consultant
Rik has spent the last 15 years working in radio communications, where he led the design of major radio systems worldwide, for both public and private sector customers. He also had leading roles at Thales and Motorola Solutions as EMEA business manager where he developed commercial and technical propositions that enhanced the use of radio technology. Prior to that he obtained an MBA, Masters degree in Satellite Communications and chartered engineer accreditation. Rik is also an excellent cook (or so he claims) and a keen golfer who spends more time looking for the ball than on the green!
Andres Cruz, Business Development Manager
Andres is responsible for expanding the presence of iWireless Solutions to new markets, and is the customer champion inside the company. He has a degree in Electronic Engineering along with an MSc. in Marketing. He is also the author of two IEEE technical papers about Robotics and GPS. Andres has over 8 years of professional experience working in the technology sector working with wireless technologies, mobile apps, cloud computing and digital marketing. Andres is originally from Colombia, and is a fan of rock climbing even though he is afraid of heights.
Charlie Dawson, Operations Manager
Charlie joined iWireless Solutions in 2013 as Project Administrator and has since seen real growth in her role. Charlie is now Operations Manager and, along with her team, plays a vital role in managing the multitude of projects running at any given time, tracking progress and working closely with clients to ensure they are kept up to date. Charlie is a big music fan, regularly attending Download festival and a mix of rock and heavy metal concerts.
Kirsty Davis, Senior Project Manager
Kirsty joined iWireless Solutions in 2011 and has seen her roles and responsibilities evolve alongside the company, from helping to establish and run the maintenance service for the 2012 Olympic venue DAS systems to attaining the role of Project Manager with PRINCE2 certification. More recently, Kirsty played a key role in creating and now managing the project team. Kirsty is a keen rugby supporter and can regularly be seen at Twickenham Stadium.
Tom Leslie, Senior Project Manager
Tom joined iWireless Solutions in 2011 with a background in electrical and mechanical engineering. Tom was heavily involved with the commissioning of many of our sites at the London Olympic Games in 2012 and later lead designer on large DAS systems such as venues for the 2014 commonwealth games. Currently in the role of Senior Project Manager with Prince2 certification he is managing a multi skilled team of designers and engineers on a variety of challenging projects. Tom is also a keen artist, who is often seen on trips away with his sketchbook.
Bethan Flynn, Marketing Manager
Bethan is responsible for iWireless Solutions’ marketing communications and collateral. Prior to iWireless Solutions Bethan worked at the telecoms research company Ovum and holds a first class BA (Hons) degree in international business. Bethan is a travelaholic. She has swum with a loggerhead turtle in the Great Barrier Reef, ridden an ostrich in South Africa and taken road trips in North America.
Angela Mondair, Company Director
As company director, Angela works closely with the Finance and Procurement Departments, supporting our vital business and commercial relationships with our key suppliers. Angela has managed several successful start-up businesses during her career. She has over seven years’ experience with managing large corporate events and exhibitions for blue chip companies in the construction and environmental research industries. Angela is a self-confessed clean freak with the tidiest desk in the office.
